Twisted Candied Bacon

• Preheat oven to 325°F.
• In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and cayenne. Set aside.
• Twist the bacon (NOTE: if needed secure with toothpicks on each end, so it won’t untwist).
• Once twisted, roll in sugar mixture and place on baking sheet.
• Bake for 25 minutes. (NOTE: turn so bacon won’t burn).
