TORTILLA TACO SALAD

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Blended® Mild Taco Seasoned Ground Pork with Mushrooms or Recipe Essentials Chorizo
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil
- Spring Mix
- 1 Avocado, peeled and diced, seed removed
- 1 small Red Onion, sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced
- 1 Jalapeno, sliced
- Corn & Black Bean Salsa (store bought)
- Pico de Gallo (store bought)
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Ranch or Your Favorite Dressing
- Flour Tortillas
Preparation:
To make the tortilla bowl:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Gently press tortilla into a tortilla mold and bake for 6-8minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before removing from the mold.
- In a medium sauté pan, heat the olive oil on medium high heat, add the blended pork or chorizo to the pan and cook until no longer pink (approximately8-10 minutes).
- Toss the greens in your favorite dressing.
To assemble:
- On the plate, place your baked tortilla bowl.
- Add salad greens, build your salad with the rest of the ingredients, and top with blended pork.
