TACOS DE PUERCO

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials® Ground Pork
- 1 (14½ oz) can tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Taco shells
- 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation:
- In heavy skillet, brown ground pork.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes, onion, chili, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until most liquid evaporates, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat taco shells and pile filling into shells. Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
