Sweet Candied Bacon

Ingredients:

1 pack Hatfield Applewood Smoked Bacon, Classic Cut

¼ cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp. honey

½ tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. paprika

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika.
Lay the bacon strips on the wire rack in a single layer. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over each strip. Drizzle honey over top each strip.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized. Let cool on the rack for 5 minutes to allow the glaze to set. Serve as a snack or side.
