Spooky Meatballs & Spaghetti

• Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a large mixing bowl, mix the recipe essentials sausage, bread crumb, eggs, and seasoning; combine thoroughly.
• Using either a small scoop or soup spoon, roll the mixture into balls and place on prepared baking sheet, leaving a ½ inch of space in between.
• Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
• Cook spaghetti according to package directions and heat marinara.
• While meatballs are in the oven, using a small round cookie cutter. Cut provolone into round circles for the white of the eye. Open the can of olives, drain and set aside.
• Remove the meatballs from the oven, place the provolone circle in the center of the meatball, then place the slice of olive in the center and return meatballs to the oven for another 2 minutes.
• Place cooked pasta in a bowl, pour marinara over and toss together. Remove meatballs from the oven and nestle the meatballs in the spaghetti. Serve and enjoy.
