SPINACH AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials® Country Ground Sausage
- 20 oz fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 5 small croissants, cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet on medium high heat, add olive oil and sausage. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, croissant pieces, sausage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place mixture in a casserole dish and cook for 20 minutes.
