In a sauté pan over medium high heat, cook sausage, stirring and breaking up with a spoon. While cooking, add seasonings. Cook until sausage is fully browned, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
On a sheet tray, layer the chips, olives, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and ground sausage. Top with shredded cheese.
