Ingredients:
- 1 Hatfield® Texas Smokehouse Dry Rub Seasoned Loin Filet
- 3 slices pepper jack cheese
- Your favorite guacamole
- Chipotle Ranch Spread (combine Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and 1 tsp of Adobo sauce)
- Arugula
- Slider Rolls
Preparation:
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Cut loin filet into ½ inch slices. Grill for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through.
- Toast slider rolls on each side, then spread Chipotle Ranch on one side and guacamole on other side of bun. Add loin sliders and serve.
