SOUTHWEST PORK SLIDERS

Ingredients:
- 2.5 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials® Ground Pork
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 Slider rolls
- Pepper Jack cheese
- Your favorite guacamole
- 8 oz Arugula
Preparation:
- Combine pork, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and chili powder.
- Portion into patties, roughly 2 oz each.
- Preheat grill to medium heat or 350°F.
- Grill patties for 3 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 145°F.
- Place cheese on top of patties just before they’re finished grilling.
- Toast the bun on each side, spread guacamole on bun.
- Place the grilled slider on bun with a small bunch of arugula on top.
