SLOPPY JOE DIP WITH TORTILLA CHIPS

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Hatfield® Recipe Essentials® Ground Pork
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a sauté pan over medium high heat, cook ground pork, stirring and breaking up with a spoon. Cook pork until browned, about 10 minutes. Place in a bowl and set aside.
- In the same sauté pan, heat oil. Add onions and cook until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Combine onions, ground pork, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and half the cheddar cheese. Mix well, then transfer into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and bake for 15 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
