SAUSAGE PINWHEELS

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Hatfield® Recipe Essentials® Sweet Italian Ground Sausage
- 2 (8 oz) packs crescent roll dough
- 2 Tbsp minced chives
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 oz) jar marinara sauce, warmed
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Unroll crescent dough onto a lightly floured surface. Press seams and perforations together, then roll into two 14”x10” rectangles.
- Spread sausage evenly onto dough, leaving ½-inch of space on each edge.
- Sprinkle chives, onion powder, and parmesan cheese over sausage. Carefully roll up, starting with the long side.
- Cut logs into 12 slices.
- Place pinwheels 1 inch apart on ungreased nonstick baking pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with warm marinara sauce.
