Ingredients:
- 3 cup Bisquick
- 1 lb. Recipe Essentials Country Sausage, Chorizo, Sweet Italian (cook according to package directions)
- 4 eggs beaten
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cup shredded cheese (your favorite)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients together, spray muffin tins and pour mixture in prepared tins. Bake for 20 minutes.
