1 Touch of Sea Salt Pork Loin Filet, slice into ½” pieces
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 oz. lime juice
4 pita bread
Shredded lettuce, diced tomato and diced red onion
Tzatziki Sauce – store bought
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, whisk together allspice, black pepper, nutmeg, yogurt and lime juice. Toss the slices of pork loin in the bowl and let marinate for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Remove the pork from marinade and place pieces on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes each side. Set aside.
To assemble: cut pita in half, spread Tzatziki, then pork, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
