PORK SAUSAGE MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials® Sweet Italian Ground Sausage
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 jar marinara
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix ground sausage, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, parmesan, and parsley.
- Shape into meatballs.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté meatballs until browned on the outside and cooked all the way through.
- Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a small pan.
- Serve meatballs with marinara sauce for dipping.
