Ingredients:
- 1 Hatfield Ham Steak, 8oz. – diced
- 4 oz. genoa salami, dice into small pieces
- 4 oz. mortadella, dice into small pieces
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella, dice into small pieces
- 4 oz. sharp or regular provolone, dice into small pieces
- 1 jar sliced Kalamata olives
- 1 jar sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced shallot or red onion
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. minced flat leaf parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1 ½ tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation:
- Dice Ham Steak into small pieces
- In a medium bowl. Combine all ingredients.
- Serve with crostini’s, crackers or over a salad.
