Ingredients:

1 Hatfield Ham Steak, 8oz. – diced
4 oz. genoa salami, dice into small pieces
4 oz. mortadella, dice into small pieces
4 oz. fresh mozzarella, dice into small pieces
4 oz. sharp or regular provolone, dice into small pieces
1 jar sliced Kalamata olives
1 jar sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
½ cup olive oil
1Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced shallot or red onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced flat leaf parsley
2 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1 ½ tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
½ tsp. crushed red pepper

Preparation:

Dice Ham Steak into small pieces
In a medium bowl. Combine all ingredients.
Serve with crostini’s, crackers or over a salad.
