Ingredients:
1/4 lb. Hatfield Ham Steak, or leftover Ham, small diced
1/4 lb. genoa salami, small diced
1/4 lb. capicola, small diced
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, small diced
1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini peppers
1/4 cup chopped roasted red pepper
3 Tbsp. minced red onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crostini or your favorite cracker.
