HOT DOG QUESADILLAS

Ingredients:
- 4 Hatfield® Hot Dogs or Hatfield® Beef Franks,
- thinly sliced
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp olive oil, or more if needed
- Your favorite salsa, guacamole, and sour cream
Preparation:
- Place four tortillas on a clean cutting board.
- Place hot dogs and cheese on tortillas.
- Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin.
- Top with remaining tortillas.
- Heat oil in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2 minutes on each side, or until cheese is melted and outsides are golden brown.
- Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
