Ingredients:

1 Hatfield Honey Garlic Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

2 cups instant white rice

4 cups broccoli florets

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. salt

2 green onions, sliced (optional garnish)

Preparation:

Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Cook the tenderloin until internal temperature reaches 145°F
While the pork roasts, heat the white rice according to package directions
Toss 4 cups broccoli florets with olive oil and salt, then add to air fryer at 350°F until just tender, about 10 minutes
Slice the pork tenderloin and divide rice, pork, and broccoli evenly among 4 meal prep containers. Optionally, garnish each with sliced green onions.
