Noodles (ramen noodles or spaghetti – follow cooking directions on package, if using ramen noodle, discard seasoning pack) 1 lime, cut into wedges
Sweet Soy Sauce (drizzle over bowl once assembled)
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Preheat grill for 10 minutes, grill tenderloin over medium high heat for 10-12 minutes per side; cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F at the thickest part. Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
In a medium sauté pan on medium high heat, add sesame and olive oil to pan. Then add the onions, garlic and ginger; sauté until onions are translucent. Lastly, add the rice and tamari; stir together.
To assemble the bowl:
In a bowl, place noodles in the bottom, top with sliced pork, cucumber, carrots, cabbage, red pepper, edamame and herb mixture. Drizzle with sweet soy sauce and serve with lime wedge.
