Hawaiian Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 Hatfield Ham Steak
- 3 slices of Hatfield Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Flatbread
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
- Red onion, sliced thin
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425º F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the olive oil over the flatbread. Sprinkle with the diced Ham Steak, pineapple chunks, sliced red onion, and sauce of your choosing. We prefer BBQ sauce.
- Top with cheese and crumbled cooked bacon.
- Place the pizza on the prepared pan and bake for 10 – 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice, serve and enjoy!
