Ingredients:

4 slices of Hatfield Bacon
2 leaves lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 slices bread, toasted
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a large sauté pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.
Arrange cooked bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices on one slice of bread. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise on the other slice of bread.
Close to make a sandwich, then cut it in half. Serve with your favorite side.
