Ingredients:
Pineapple Salsa
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- ½ small red onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. minced roasted red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. grated lime zest
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cranberry Sauce with Honey Crisp Apples
- 1 large honey crisp apple, peeled and diced
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- Juice and zest of ½ orange or lemon
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Whole Grain Mustard Brown Sugar Glaze
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation:

Prep Time: 15 minutes
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Set aside until ready to serve.
Cranberry Sauce with Honey Crisp Apples
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
- In a sauce pan combine all ingredients. Turn heat on medium.
- Cook in the pan for 10-15 minutes until apples and cranberries begin to soften.
- Once softened, mash together and transfer to a bowl to cool.
Whole Grain Mustard Brown Sugar Glaze
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
- In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, maple syrup, vinegar and mustards.
- Bring mixture to a boil and cook 2 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
Serve all three with Hatfield Ham.
