Ham, Brie and Apple Grilled Cheese

Hatfield Uncured Ham GrilledCheese

Ingredients:

1 Hardwood Smoked Ham Steak
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
8 slices sourdough bread
1 Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
8 oz brie cheese
4 Tbsp butter, softened

Preparation:

Mix honey and mustard together, then spread on each slice of bread.
Layer ham, brie, and apple on half the slices, then top with the other slices of bread.
Butter the outside of each sandwich.
In a sauté pan over medium heat, toast sandwiches for 3 minutes on each side, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
