Ham and Cheese Frittata

Ingredients:
- 1 cup, diced Hatfield® Hardwood Smoked Ham Steak
- 12 large eggs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Optional ingredients:
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk salt and pepper.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and ham.
- In a cast iron skillet, melt butter. Add egg mixture.
- Place in preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes; turn the broiler on for the last 3-5 minutes to brown on top.
