Ingredients:

1 Hatfield Texas Smokehouse BBQ Seasoned Pork Roast

1.5 lb. baby potatoes, halved

3 carrots, cut into chunks

Preparation:

Add the potatoes and carrots to the bottom of the crockpot. Then add 1 cup of water to the crockpot.
Place the roast on top of the vegetables. Add the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Check that the pork has reached at least an internal temperature of 200°F. Shred the roast and serve alongside the vegetables
