Carnitas Burrito Bowl

Ingredients:

1 Hatfield Carnitas Pork Roast
3 cups cooked rice (white or brown rice) – follow package directions
Optional garnishes:
1 cup chopped tomatoes or chunky salsa
4 oz. chopped cilantro
4 oz. sour cream
½ cup black beans
½ cup shredded cheese
2 medium avocados, sliced
1 cup guacamole
4 oz. fresh sliced jalapenos

Preparation:

Remove roast from packaging. Place pork in slow-cooker (following cooking instructions on packaging) and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
Once pork is cooked, remove from slow cooker and shred using 2 forks. Discard any large pieces of fat.

Burrito Bowl preparation:

Place rice, Carnitas, salsa and any other garnishes in the bowl.
