Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños

Ingredients:
6 slices Hatfield® Extra Thick Cut Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
8 oz cream cheese
Chipotle Aioli Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp chipotle chile powder or chipotle hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cook bacon for 10 minutes. Cool before wrapping jalapeños.
Preheat grill on high heat.
Fill jalapeño halves with cream cheese. Wrap with precooked bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Place on the grill, cook until bacon is crispy.
Mix all aioli ingredients in a bowl and serve on the side.
