Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños

Ingredients:
- 6 slices Hatfield® Extra Thick Cut Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
- 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Chipotle Aioli Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp chipotle chile powder or chipotle hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cook bacon for 10 minutes. Cool before wrapping jalapeños.
- Preheat grill on high heat.
- Fill jalapeño halves with cream cheese. Wrap with precooked bacon. Secure with toothpick.
- Place on the grill, cook until bacon is crispy.
- Mix all aioli ingredients in a bowl and serve on the side.
