Bacon Wrapped Carrots

Ingredients:
- 12 strips of Hatfield Bacon
- 12 carrots, peeled
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: Drizzle with maple syrup or honey
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wrap each carrot with strip of bacon and place end down on a large baking sheet. Season with black pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until carrots are tender and bacon is crisp.
- Drizzle with maple syrup or honey after it comes out of the oven.
