BACON UNFRIED ICE CREAM

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Hatfield® Bacon
- 1/2 gallon favorite ice cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Your favorite fruit garnish
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove bacon from package. Arrange bacon on baking sheet. Place in preheated oven, cook 12-15 minutes or until crispy (not burnt).
- Let cool completely, chop into bits and place in a bowl.
- Scoop your favorite ice cream and roll in the bacon bits until completely covered.
- Option to garnish with your favorite dessert sauce and fresh fruit.
