Bacon Jalapeño Popper Pizza

Ingredients:
- 2 slices Hatfield Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 Flatbread
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Colby Jack or Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
- Jalapeño Pepper, sliced thin
- Small Bell Pepper, sliced thin
- Red Onion, sliced thin
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 425º F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the cream cheese over the flatbread. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and then top with the crumbled bacon, sliced jalapeño, sliced bell pepper and sliced onion.
- Place the pizza on the prepared pan and bake for 10 – 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice, serve and enjoy!
