Cooking Instructions

Oven

  1. Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Double wrap rib with heavy foil, place on sheet pan and put in preheated oven.
  4. Bake ribs for 2 hours.
  5. Remove foil and continue to bake rib uncovered for 20 minutes.
  6. Internal temperature should be 200 degrees (thickest part) before removing from oven.
  7. Remove rib from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
