  • Turn for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140°F.

Oven

  • Remove wrap and place on microwave-safe dish.
  • Cover with lid or plastic wrap (pierce to vent).
  • Set microwave on med-hi power for 2 – 2 ½ minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140°F.

Stove

  • Remove wrap and score edges about every 2 inches to avoid curling.
  • Place ham steak in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and fry for 2 ½ – 3 minutes or medium heat.
  • Turn. Fry for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140°F.
