- Grill 6 minutes each side (145°F internal temperature).
Oven
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly spray or grease a roasting pan.
- Remove the pork rack from the refrigerator about 1 hour before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, salt, black pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer.
- Pat the pork rack dry with paper towels. Evenly rub the butter mixture all over the pork, covering all sides.
- Place the pork rack bone-side down in the prepared roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven at 450°F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 375°F and continue roasting for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F at the thickest part of the meat.
- Remove the pork from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving to allow juices to redistribute.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
