Oven
WHOLE HAM
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove outer packaging.
- Place ham face down in a pan.
- Add a ¼ cup of water in bottom of pan, cover with foil and place in the oven.
- Cook for 12 – 15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
CARVING INSTRUCTIONS
- After cooking, place meat flat side down on a cutting board.
- Cut across the grain of the meat in perpendicular slices.
- Transfer slices to a serving platter.
