Oven

WHOLE HAM

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Place ham face down in a pan.
  • Add a ¼ cup of water in bottom of pan, cover with foil and place in the oven.
  • Cook for 12 – 15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.

CARVING INSTRUCTIONS

  • After cooking, place meat flat side down on a cutting board.
  • Cut across the grain of the meat in perpendicular slices.
  • Transfer slices to a serving platter.
