Slow Cooker
- Remove outer packaging before cooking.
- Place roast in slow cooker and set temperature to low.
- Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
- Internal temperature of roast should be 200° (thickest part) before removing from slow cooker.
- Turn off slow cooker and let roast stand for 5 minutes.
- While resting, remove netting before shredding. Tip- use two forks and pull roast apart and create shred.
