OVEN
WHOLE HAM
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove outer packaging.
- Place ham face down in a pan and cover with foil.
- Place in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
SLICES
- Remove outer packaging.
- Turn stove top to medium high heat.
- Place desired number of slices in skillet and heat for 2 minutes per side.
