OVEN

WHOLE HAM

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Place ham face down in a pan.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water in bottom of pan, cover with foil and place in the oven.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140ºF.

SLICES

  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Turn stove top to medium high heat.
  • Place desired number of slices in skillet and heat for 2 minutes per side.
