Oven
WHOLE HAM
- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- Remove outer packaging.
- Place ham face down in a pan.
- Add 1/4 cup of water in bottom of pan, cover with foil and place in the oven.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 140ºF.
SLICES
- Remove outer packaging.
- Turn stove top to medium high heat.
- Place desired number of slices in skillet and heat for 2 minutes per side.
